1. Who we are and what this covers
Aero SMP is a Minecraft server built around Create and Create Aeronautics, run by its operator. This site, at aerosmp.com, is where you learn about the server and buy the two things we sell: a Priority Queue subscription and one-time Supporter contributions.
These terms cover those purchases and your use of this site. Buying either one means you agree to what is written here. If a section does not sit right with you, please do not buy until you have asked us about it.
2. Priority Queue subscription
When the server is full it runs a join queue. Priority is a boarding pass that lets you skip that queue and board first. That is all it does.
- It costs 7.99 EUR per month, taxes included, billed monthly and recurring through Stripe until you cancel.
- It grants queue priority only. It never grants in-game power, items, stats, or any gameplay advantage.
- It is not pay-to-win. Everyone plays the same world under the same rules; Priority only changes how quickly you get in.
3. Supporter contributions
A Supporter contribution is a one-time payment that helps fund the server (mainly the memory it runs on). It is a thank-you, not a product.
- It carries no perks, no items, and no in-game advantage of any kind.
- It promises nothing of value in return; it simply supports the machine that keeps Aero flying.
- If you add your Minecraft username, we record the contribution next to your name so we can credit you. That is optional.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the Priority subscription at any time. Cancel through the self-serve option where it is available, or by contacting us (see Contact below) if it is not.
When you cancel, your Priority access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops. We do not prorate or refund a partial month unless the law requires it.
Supporter contributions are one-time and, because they are a voluntary contribution with nothing sold in return, they are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Your consumer rights (EU digital services)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. Priority is a digital service that begins as soon as your pass is active, so by buying it and asking for immediate access you consent to that service starting right away and you acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once it has been fully performed for the period you paid for.
Nothing here removes any statutory right you have that cannot be waived. [The exact withdrawal-right wording for the operating jurisdiction is an owner and counsel input, to be confirmed before launch.]
6. Fair play and conduct
Aero is for people playing the game honestly. To be here you agree to:
- use a legitimate, owned copy of Minecraft (no cracked clients);
- follow the server rules, and not cheat, exploit, dupe, grief, or harass others.
We can suspend or remove access for breaking these, and doing so does not by itself entitle you to a refund. The full server rules live with the community; buying Priority or supporting the server does not exempt anyone from them.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the server and the law change. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For a recurring subscription, a material change takes effect at your next renewal, so you always have the chance to cancel first.
